Angry Santa Barbara marchers protest crime, homelessness
The Milpas Community Association organized the event. Marchers walked from the Amtrak Station parking lot to De la Guerra Plaza, to bring awareness to the recent crime wave. But other neighborhoods, including West Beach and West Downtown turned out to gain their fair share of attention.
