Solvang woman, 73 years killed in Highway 154 accident, authorities arrested 54-year-old Santa Barbara woman one year-old woman Solvang-73 was killed Wednesday night in a multi-car accident on Highway 154. The California Highway Patrol arrested Priscilla Susman, 54, of Santa Barbara, for allegedly causing the accident. Authorities said alcohol appears to have played a role in the wreck.
