So if the car was made in 2000-2001 than the mileage should not be more than 150,000 miles in which case you should be okay. As far as pricing, it may be bluebooked for 7,000 but you are actually paying the extra money for the features that were added to the car. All in all, it boils down to the way in which the car was cared for, and from the features added, it seems as though the owner took pride in the vehicle; so basically it is all up for you to decide if it is worth it.
