Lights and Sounds for my 2001 Civic?
hey guys, thanks for the help on my previous posts. i am really into customizing my car. not too much on performance, but on visuals. my headlight len’s/covers are old and foggy. they need changing soon. i wanted to upgrade to HID’s or UIV’s or something. just the cool bright white lights. could you guys guide me on this?
any sites to buy from? what i would need? the whole kit, just bulbs, cool lenses? any help is surely appreciated.
also i have Alpine speakers in my rear and im not sure about the doors, but i also have a JVC deck (these came with the car when i bout) it has all the wiring for a Amp and subs in the trunk already what would be a good amp and what size recomendations would you suggest for subs? 2 10″? 1 12″? 2 12″? and what’s a good setup? bolt the Amp to the Sub box? bolt it to the trunk floor/wall? put it under the passenger seat? thanks alot. please help.
Get HIDs for lights….get the whole kit.
For subs I suggest two 15s or one 15 will do. Bolting the amp to the sub box is a good idea. For the inside of the car I’d install tweeters. Replace all door and back speakers also. Your car will thump like no tommoro. Also install those anti-rattle sound matts. Helps keep sound quality crisp and clean while keeping the rattle low. That’s just a few suggestions I have to offer…..
