pa car seat laws

We have an empty “Nitrus” tank in the front of our truck; is this a problem if I have my road test tomorrow?
In our Avalanche truck my husband put a Nitrus (i dont know how to spell it, but makes the truck go faster). The tank is supposed to o in the back of the truck but he thought it was cool to have it between the driver’s and passenger seat…
The problem is that I have my PA driver’s license road test tomorrow and I wanted to drive the truck instead of my mother’s in law old car….
I was pulled over once with my international driver’s license and I told the police man the tank was there when we bought the truck, and he didnt care. but would this be a problem for my test????
help!
it shouldn’t matter, but it’s not a good idea to let them see the nitrous bottle in the car, you should remove it. they will think other wise. it’s like driving a hook up after market sports car to a road test. if you’re the inspector, what would you think.
