car seat nj
diriving question?

i was in the back seat of my friends car and my friends drivng his friend in the passengers seat ps we live in nj. so my theres four lanes two going one way and the other two going the other. where on the far right a bus dropping a kid of on the far left. my friends drviving fast but slows down to 10 but continues driving my friend telling him he has to stop. my friend argues saying since theres four lanes of traffic and no houses on the our side you only have to yeild but u can drive 5-10 miles passed the buss since the kids legally cant cross the street and your going at a safe slow speed. im jw whos right cuz i get my liscence next year

If you were on a 4 lane DIVIDED road (with a median in the center), then you don’t have to stop for the flashing red school bus lights, but you still should slow down because of the hazard and the possibility of something happening.
You MUST come to a complete stop if you are behind or approaching a school bus if the RED lights are flashing on any undivided, or 2 lane road and may not proceed until the red lights have stopped flashing.
I would also suggest that you talk to your local authorities about these school bus laws because laws can vary from state to state (or province to province in Canada)
I hope that answers your question.

New Jersey Nissan Dealers Proud Of 370Z Coupe Resale Value

After an incredibly shaky 2009 for the auto industry and general consumers, more and more drivers are looking into the benefits of buying a pre-owned vehicle. Let’s be honest: a lot of our pocketbooks took a beating over the past year, and many used cars are still in prime condition, some even nearly on par with their conditions when they were brand new. So having the best resale value nowadays is a huge boost for a car brand’s credentials, and new innovations in efficiency are helping more and more automakers stay competitive in the area of pre-owned vehicles.

Now, your NJ used car dealer had its fingers crossed for the coveted “2010 Best Resale Value Award” from Kelley Blue Book, one of the leading publications in automotive excellence. The Kelley Blue Book Best Resale Value Awards are meant to recognize the outstanding achievements of an automaker in developing cars that retain their value best. For this year, Newark Nissan oil change locations were excited to hear that the Nissan 370Z Coupe was named the car with the best resale value for this year.

According to Kelley Blue Book, “Regularly compared to performance coupes and convertibles that would cost you an additional five figures, the Nissan 370Z can be considered a bargain to begin with, which can be an important part of the resale value equation. Redesigned for 2009, Nissan’s latest Z® is the most powerful, most fun, most desirable iteration yet. Whether for a coastal cruise or a day at the track, we’d be happy to take one – new or used.”

The 370Z is available in two models, the standard and the 370Z Touring, each of which are available with a standard 332-horsepower 3.7-liter DOHC V6 engine that comes with Variable Valve Event and Lift Control (VVEL). A choice of six-speed manual transmission with available SynchroRev Match synchronized downshift rev matching system or a seven-speed automatic are perfect for drivers with different driving habits. Your NJ used car dealer is excited to house this spectacular new vehicle in the next few years.

And for a little added celebration, this is the 40th anniversary of the 370Z. The special edition car will hit shelves in spring 2010, featuring red-leather appointed seats, red door panel inserts and other special goodies in honor of the celebration. However, the special features are only available on the Touring model, so it’s a very limited edition, one that your Weehawken Nissan service expects to sell quickly. Newark Nissan oil change professionals are beaming over the chance to service one of these unique vehicles.

This year for Nissan is about to get better, too. Over the next couple of months, the manufacturer is poised in preparation for the launch of the Nissan Leaf, which will soon be featured at your Weehawken Nissan service. The Leaf will challenge the boundaries of the automotive industry and its engine technology by busting forward into the world of electric power. The Toyota Prius better watch out; a new king is coming to town.
