Car Seat That Reclines?

I’m looking for the best car seat available(up to 60-80 pounds) that will recline. I know I’m not the only one who gets aggrevated with the baby going to sleep and his head falling over at every stop light. PLEASE HELP ME!!!!
My child is 3 and weighs about 36-38 pounds

There is not enough information in your question to determine what is the right suggestion. How old is the child? Height and weight? Is the seat forward-facing or rear-facing? Check the booklet that came with the seat. There should be a phone no. to call for information on how to use the seat properly. It may be that the vehicle seat is too steep to get the proper recline angle for the child seat. The correct angle of recline is very important to keep the child from “submarining” out of the seat in a crash. Call your local police or fire dept. and ask if they offer free child safety seat check-ups by a certified child passenger safety technician. You could also contact the local county health dept. for the same help.
