Does it bother you when you are driving behind someone that is smoking and you can smell the cigarette?

Lately this has been happing to me alot, I’m driving along with my toddler in the back seat. enjoying the nice sunny day with the window down and I pull up behind someone who is smoking a cigarette! The smell fills my car, I roll up the window and I can still smell it. I do not want to be exposed to second hand smoke in my own car! Especially with my son. I do not think smoking whould be allowed while driving. besides causing second hand smoke it also is hazordous in other ways. being distracted while lighting the cigarette, creating litter when people carelessly throw them out the window. What is your opinion on the matter? and smokers don’t freak out and say I can smoke in my own car if I want. Yes, but when it is endangering the life of others it should be outlawed! As well as talking on the phone while driving.

Yeah! I used to be a smoker, but now that I have quit I know what this is like :-/

one time, this person threw their cigarette out of their window in front of me and it went thru the grill in the front of my truck and landed near my radiator. luckily nothing blew up:)
