2005 Nissan Altima…good decision?
I just bought a 05 Altima with about 27,000 miles for 15K & I just wanted to know does anybody else own a 05 Altima and how has the car held up for you & have you had any major problems? Is there anything I should pay close attention to or how will the car hold up after 100K miles? I like my car but there are 2 small problems with the vehicle I purchased….First the lights inside the car don’t come on when I open the door or when I press the open door button on the key pad. Which is kind of important because I have a child and the seats are dark which makes it difficult getting in the car at night with no light. And second the stereo system really isn’t all that great….it isn’t bad but it isn’t good either. But other then that I don’t have any major complaints with my car.
I had a 2005 altima 3.5SE… i loved it.. such an amazing car. lol. about the lights, you could have a blown fuse so you can either take it to the dealership or take it to autozone and buy a new fuse. the trunk button needs to be checked by the dealership though. my car held up great for me and saved my life. i was in a near fatal head on collision with a cadillac. the cadillac ended up on the roof and i ended up just spinning around… it is a very safe ccar.. i spent 4 hours in the hospital whereas he spent 14 days.
and if you take care of the car you will have no problems after 100k miles.
