Can you test drive a car with an infant?

My husband and I really need to go test driving cars this weekend. Can you test drive cars with an infant? Our daughter is 7 months and is in a covertible car seat. Do dealerships allow you to put your car seat into a vehicle your test driving?

I would want my customer to try the car seat in the new car. I don’t want to have to trade them again in a few weeks because the seat does not fit well. No dealership should give you a problem over that if they do go elsewhere.
