car seat height law

What is the law regarding children in taxis, seating wise?
I am aware that in your own car you must have a car seat suitable for childs age, height and weight but is a taxi different?
well i suppose that you arent expected to carry a booster seat around with you just incase you need to get a taxi. Ona bus a child does not require one so i am not sure. If you do then the taxi firm should supply them. I am sure it won’t matter as it is a means of public transport i wil check for you though.
I have just double checked and you do not need one in a taxi unless your child is using the front passenger seat. If in the back then one is not required but must use adult seatbelt i over 3. Here is the website if you would like to check. http://www.uksmallbusinessdirectory.co.uk/uksbd-booster-seats/11.html
Israel should treat its close friends with respect
As someone of Jewish heritage, I am sympathetic to Israel’s situation and history. But no matter what the provocation, state-sanctioned forgery of Australian passports is a serious matter (”Move catches Israel by surprise”, May 25). Especially when those passports were then used to gain entry to another country in order to commit murder.
