If your friend has drugs in his car, and you’re in the passenger seat…?

Are they technically considered his possessions, and not yours? Or if a cop were to pull you over and find them, would both of you be considered breaking the law? This is Texas…

I’d take you both unless it was on his person only.

FYI: Buses purchased after Sept. 1 has to be equipped with seat belts
Q: Why is it they passed a law for seat belts on all passengers in a car but yet school buses are exempt?
