britax car seat inserts

britax regent car seat?

I love the carseat but one of the buckles doesn’t “click” when inserted. I tried calling the company but their customer service department seems to be closed today. Of course I am worried that the buckle is defective and therefore unsafe somehow, Just wondering if anyone else experienced this.Thanks.

make sure there isnt something stuck in the buckle part. sometimes stuff (courtesy of our kids) gets in there. try shaking it or use a small flat bladed screwdriver or pipecleaner to get in there.
I have a fisherprice seat made by britax (they stopped makingit last year) and I needed a new buckle, I called up the service line (britax) and they sent it to me UPS! i think i got it a day later or so. They were very helpful!

Make sure you have your carseat information (theres a sticker on the seat) so they can see if its a warrantyable part
