How to know if the car dealer has put in full leather seats for my car?
I just bought a new Honda Civic Vti and wanted to put leather seats in. The dealer said they’d put full leather in for me but I’m a bit concerned that they wouldnt. How can I tell if the seats are full leather and not half vinyl? If I get the car checked and they’re not full leather, can I bring it back to the dealer? Do I have any legal rights in this case? Thanks
Get a “due bill” explaining exactly what the dealer will put in your car and how much they will charge. The more detailed the better.
The best way to tell would be to get the maker and the part # of the seats you are having installed. Then you can verify those are the correct seats and you have a record of what you purchased.
