How do I get cat smell out of car carpet and seat fabric?

I have a car where cats were let in to sleep during the winter. I have tried commercial pet enzyme carpet cleaners, Lysol, Frebreeze, peroxide and baking soda, and foaming pet carpet cleaners. They all make it smell better for a few days, but then the smell returns. I have been trying this for the past 6 months and I see no inprovement.

Try getting a lemon and cut it open! Heat it up in some water and use it to clean your seats. It works great to get the ammonia odor out!
