do they make double strollers that include an infant car seat? as in one for baby and one for a toddler?

I loved having the travler stroller with my son so I didn’t have to take him out of his car seat to get him into his stroller. I am expecting another baby in November and my son will be 21 months old at the time. I’ve been looking but I can’t find a stroller that has 2 seats along with a spot to hook an infant car seat or has an infant car seat that comes along with it. Do they even make them? I hope so.. =) Thanks!

Yes. All of the Graco double-strollers allow for a Graco car seat to sit in one of the spots. The Chicco “Together” stroller does as well. I can’t really think of one that doesn’t actually… if they have a car seat then they allow for the car seat to be put onto the double-stroller.

That doesn’t mean that you should though. According to research, the incline that a baby sits when they’re in a car seat is not good for their breathing, and can hurt them. It’s necessary when they’re in the car, but not when out in the stroller. It’s just not safe.

The Chicco Together is one of the few I’ve seen where one of the seats does a full recline where you can lay the baby completely flat, and the toddler also has a place to ride. As far as double strollers go, to me it looks the best because of the ability to lay the newborn flat, and it would also use an infant seat if that’s what you really want to do. So that’s the first link. The second and third are the news stories about the studies talking about not leaving your newborn in the car seat any more than necessary.
