booster car seat recommendations

Recommendations for a doggie booster seat?

i have a 15 pound toy fox(he is not fat just taller than usual). and i want a seat that doesn’t make him unable to move and lets him see out the window and protects my car from all his hair he sheds like no other! he gets car sick in a crate. i also need one under $30. THANKS:)

Need a harness with rings top and bottom — top for a leash, bottom to secure in the car with a short strap to the seat belt. For added height, look for something like a couch cushion that fits the seat.
