will my 2 1/2 year old be safe in this car seat? http://www.walmart.com/catalog/product.do?product_id=4366138 its a Booster seat too. but she will be in the 5 point harness for a long time before being able to use the seat belt. but i want to know if this is a good car seat for her. she is to big for the one she has right now
