The generation gap car – Saturday, September 25, 2010 PST Not long ago, I gave a ride to a child in an old car without air conditioning. Was a hot day, so I told him to roll down the window. I had no idea what that meant. Having grown up with power windows, he had never seen a crank and did not know how to use one. (It probably had never been in a car without air conditioning, either.)
