car seat air travel bags

How hard/fast does a collision have to be to deploy the air bags of a 2001 Toyota Camry?
Recently I was driving and was in a collision with a truck. I was driving a 2001 Toyota Camry and I thought I was going about 20-30 miles an hour but from the damage some say I might have been traveling at about 40. I did attempt to break but I wasn’t able to stop in time before hitting the truck. My passenger and I were both wearing our seat belts and I was the most damaged with severe bruising.
My question really is, how hard or fast do I have to be traveling for the airbag to be deployed in the 2001 Toyota Camry?
The following links are pictures of my car after the accident:

I can assure you that you are correct about going 20-30mph. Faster speeds will cause MUCH more damage than this in a Camry. Speed doesn’t make the airbags deploy sensors in various locations do so they can activate at ANY speed if the sensor detects a collision.
DAN EVANICK: Questions grounds for police stops
A few years back, Pennsylvania started the DUI checkpoints and got away with it. Now they are stopping us anytime for seat belt checks. Does anybody see what is going on in this state? Arizona, you’ve got nothing on us. What happened to probable cause, like you swerved or had a light out?
