seat arosa coilovers?

i want to lower my car as far as possible with 15″ wheels. i have already lowered it by 40mm, but know it could easily go another 30mm. is coilovers my only option. i’m on a tight budget. any other ways, or cheap kits that will give me around a -80mm drop?
