HELP I feel so cheap about gift.?
My best friend bought my daughter a $299 travel set ( car seat & stroller) for a shower gift. She now is having a 2nd baby her 1st is 5 years old. We use to work together but we both got layed off. I feel really bad I can’t do more for them. Do you think this is a good gift.

I also got gifts for her son so he is not left out. And I made him some scrubs to wear in the hospital that say”I’m a big brother now ! ”
She has ask me to be her sons coach during her labor so she and her husband can concentrate on the birth and so if he needs to leave the room I will be with him.
Is this just silly or do you think I should try to do more.
It’s not really the monetary value of the gift, it’s the gift in general. I think you being with their son during the labor gives a gift as well. Because they don’t have to worry about who is going to take care of their eldest child, while mommy is in labor. That’s priceless in my book.
