I got stoped by a chp. when he stopped me I thought it was becuase of a broken mirror. My daugther was passenger.
when he asked if I KNEW why he stopped me, I said No. He replied BECUASE YOUR PASSENGER DOESNT HAVE A SEAT BELT! i REPLIED YES SHE DOES AND SHE SHOWED HIM. HE BEGAN TO QUESTION MY 11 YEAR OLD DAUTHER IN TO SAYING SHE WAS WEARING IT WRONG, BUT SINCE SHE WASNT , SHE DIDNT. nOTE originally he had stoped me becuase she wasNT WEARING A SEAT BELT. HE TOOK MY INFO AND CITED ME FOR MY CHILD UNPROPERLY WEARING A SEAT BELT?
i JUST NOTICES THAT HE MADE A MISTAKE ON MY TICKET HE WROTE MY CAR IS BLACK AND ITS CLEARLY GREEN. aLSO MY DAUGHTER WAS WEARING A COAT WITH THE SAME COLOR OF THE SEATBELT .
HE WAS WEARING GLASSES AND i THINK THE COAT CAMOFLAGED THE SEAT BELT.
i M PLEADING NOT GUILTY BECAUSE i AM INNOCENT.
dO YOU THINK i STAND A CHANCE?
i AM JUST SCARE BECUASE PEOPLE TELL ME THAT YOU CANT BEAT THE HIGHWAY PATROL

I have a good win ratio so I will tell you what my parents told me before i went into court the first time” police lie”

Like the other lady said take the pictures. also bring in your registration that list the color of the car. let the officer say his peace. then be prepared with your photos. start with the color of the car. He will normally read off his notes if he answers wrong you have opened the door. because he is claiming to wright this ticket because of his observation. when you prove that he was not that observant then go into the color of the coat and all the rest. you will do fine all you have to do is show doubt.
