Is the Nissan Rogue a good car choice for a couple expecting a baby?

is there enough trunk space for everything and is there enough room in the back seat for an infant seat?

we have the nissan altima 09 and we love it. the stroller, which is the big one that hold the infant carrier, fits in the trunk and we usually go grocery shopping once a week and they fit in the trunk with the stroller. Also, the back seat has plenty of room, we have a convertible car seat for my daughter and a booster seat for my son.
