What is the best car for someone under 5′ and drives 500 miles a week?

I need to get a car where I don’t need pillows to prop me up.
My 2001 Focus ZTS is killing my back. It’s not a matter of not being able to reach the pedals—the seats are just too low and I need pillows to prop me up.

I drive 500 miles a week and need something comfortable, good on gas and able to accomodate someone who is 4′10″.

Any suggestions? I could only think of a Civic

The only way that you are going to find out what is comfortable FOR YOU is to go to a dealer and test drive the cars. Civics are a good choice, as are Mazda and Toyota.

Also you will be able to determine if the car is comfortable and you can see over the hood.

As for the specs, do some research on the internet. The stickers that list the MPG on the cars tend to list a higher amt.

Some people who are your height have a longer torso and shorter legs, so may not have the same problem as you.

My sister is your height and has the same problem.
