infant car seat expire

my sister used my expired license when she was pulled over.?

my sis used my expired license ( i have my updated one ) when she got pulled over because her’s was taken away for dui, she was pulled over, the cop ended up giving her a no insurance ticket (car is insured but her name is on it so she didnt show it), and a INFANT seat belt ticket. should i go to the court and say that it wasnt me, or jus show the clerk the insurance and pay the seat belt ticket, if i do that will a point be on my license…help im so stuck.. ALSO, she said the cop took her fingerprints when she was pulled over (were in california)
