consumer reports car seat ratings

Seek’n justice for car accident caused by mechl failure.manufact’rs ward off the responsibility.hint/advi COA.?

The car in question is only 7/8 months old ,touted as safest car with fancy European safety ratings.the accident presumably caused by mechanical failure of a bracket in the Suspension-Wheel assembly.No casualties,however my wife got hurt badly in the left hand and a whiplash injury in the cervical region,causing fracture in C2 albeit no herniation/interference in the Spinal canal despite the seat belt.Company(manufacturing) people when contacted,simply shrugged off the responsibility stating no other previous field reports etc. and laid back the responsibility on me.where do i get my justice other than the obvious Consumer court etc.pls advise about any regulating body/forum etc or an appellate authority to start with.

About all you can do is call one of those attorneys who advertise “no win, no pay” and see what they say.
