ohio car seat laws

If you get two seat belt tickets in Ohio what do you think will happen the second time?
So the first ticket i got i was driving but the second i was in the backseat of my friends car with 3 other people and we got pulled over and there wasn’t enough seat belts for the amount of people. I looked up Ohio seat belt laws and it says if you are 15 or older you do not have to wear one in the backseat. The only reason i do not want to fight it is because i was drunk at the time of the second ticket and the cops were nice enough to let me go with out an underage.
I cannot tell you what happens if you get seat belt tickets but I can tell you the result of not wearing a seat belt. My son would be 26 right now but he was killed by a drunk driver when he was 20. He was not wearing his seat belt and his 6 foot 3 inch body was thrown head first through the sunroof of the car he was riding in. Wearing a seat belt may not seem like the cool thing to do but I can assure you that laying in a casket while hundreds of people cry around you isn’t cool either. BUCKLE UP!!!
