california car seats laws
I am 20 with a drivers permit. Can’t someone under the age of 25 allow me to practice in their car?

By law I know that people under the age of 18 need to have someone at least 25, but since I’m over 18, can’t I have someone who is under 25 allow me to use their car? (Of course they will be in the passenger seat)

This is California.

California Driver Handbook….

Adults’ Permit Requirements…

If you are at least 18 years old, meet the application requirements, and pass the required tests, you may be issued a California instruction permit.

You must have an instruction permit while learning to drive. Your accompanying driver must be 18 years of age or older and have a valid California driver license.

The person must be seated close enough to take control of the vehicle at any time.

An instruction permit does not permit you to drive alone–not even to a DMV office to take the driving test..

You can use another persons vehicle if that persons insurance company allows it, meaning that while you are driving it, you are insured as well..

Colorado Editorial Roundup
Much of the most recent rise in anti-illegal immigration sentiment is rooted in anger and resentment. Those emotions are fueled by silly math, regarding the costs of aliens coupled with recession anxiety.
