Has anyone had his car upgraded with the lock?

My husband has a Honda 1996 and do not feel like my 4-month site car safely installed. It has a base that left them there all the time, but when the seat is in it, you can move from right to left. As if to put the rear seats, the seat would be certainly in the way, but simply slides into place. He said the seat belt will not tighten. Is this a problem? (If yes, please send me any site that tells how the situation may be, as I can not convince him that is important.) I have the LATCH system in my car and the car seat can not move an inch, so when he is on the basis that we have created with anchors on my car. I think trying to get my husband to take his car to be installed LATCH. Has anyone done this? What was it? How long does it take?

You can probably closer to the band … But the call to your garage local and see how hard it is to install. I know in the soil that you could do, but the actual angle can be a bit more difficult.
