car seat booster latch

Car seat latching question…?
I own a 2005 Honda Accord coupe. I am having trouble securing a child booster seat using the hooks that are built into the car. I have tried using the seatbelt method but cannot seem to figure out how to get the seat tight. It does not lock and the carseat moves around way too much.
I am wondering if anyone knows what type of latchplate the 2005 Honda Accord has in their rear seat seatbelts…. Is it “locking”, “switchable”, or “sewn-on”??
If anyone can tell me what type I have, or help me figure out how to safely secure the carseat in my backseat without using the hooks or “latch” system as I’ve heard it call, that would be greatly appreciated.
thanks
Your local fire department will be glad to show you how to correctly install the seat you need to see how it is done. This is your child and nothing is more important then his or her safety.
