Will car seat fit safely?
I’m newly pregnant and wondering if the car seat and base will fit in the back seat of my truck? I have a 2002 F-150 extended cab. The back seat is a full back seat but it is not as deep as a regular back seat. My son sets in a forward facing booster seat no problem. The airbag on the passenger side can be turned off but I do not want to put either my son or new baby up front. Unfortunately I let someone borrow my car seat from before and have not gotten it back or I would test it out.
I’m pretty sure that if a forward facing booster seat fits in the back seat a carrier/ car seat base with fit there. The only thing is you will not be able to have one child in the middle, they will have to be on either side of the back seat. Good luck!
