£10,000 to spend, what car should I buy?

My requirements are for something with good boot space (maybe estate or 4×4), isofix for baby seats, economical to run (good mpg and service costs) and enjoyable to drive. My preference would be for a more prestigous brand as I will keep the car for a long time, and I dislike people carriers! I am 6′5 so need something I will be comfortable in.
