Where can I get coupons or discounts to buy Baby Car seat and Stroller? Or which is the best time to buy them.?

Almost anywhere online you can find coupons or discounts. Craigslist is also a great source for a stroller, but if you buy one from there check to make sure it hasn’t been recalled.
