Plea postponed in San Leandro slaying case
A 29-year-old San Leandro man charged with murder is scheduled to appear in court July 28 to enter a plea. Damien Earl Jones was scheduled to be arraigned Wednesday at the Hall of Justice, but requested a delay. He is being held without bail at Santa Rita Jail in Dublin.
